1. Technical Support

Job Description:

– Check and update the customer complaint and pass to related team – On phone confirm and verify the problem with customer
– Daily report and Weekly report
– Be self-motivated.
– Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
– Identify problematic areas and implement solutions in time
– Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions

Job Requirements:

– Holding Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
– New graduated or least 1 year experience with Technical Support position.
– Ability to install and manage virtual computer, software and networks
– Be responsible and hard working with strong commitment.
– Experience performing service/ technical support role in data center (is an advantage) – Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
– Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
– English Language proficiency

2. Web Developer

Job Description:

– Develop, test, release, maintenance API for provide to mobile app
– Develop website and backend Portal
– Improve the overall quality of the application/API offering and its suitability for fulfilling business needs – Perform bug fixes and documentation and maintenance tasks
– Ensure the quality of the source code, including team member code reviews, unit testing, and automation testing
– Database Design and Analysis
– Release the timeline and flow of development to management
– Preparing list of developed application/API with status of development/solve
– Preparation of User Manuals, technical and API documentations
– Perform DevOps, basic set up tasks, and application deployment

Job Requirements:

– 1 years of experience with PHP and Laravel Framework – Understanding of Restful API web service
– Understanding of Databases MySQL
– Understanding on Database Design and Analysis
– Understanding on SOLID principles or Clean Code
– Knowledge with third-party service application integrate
– Knowledge with cloud sever (Linux) (is an advantage)
– Basic Knowledge with DevOps and tools such as Jira, Git Repository – Willing to work as a team

3. Brand Executive

Job Description:

– Involve more of PC & Gaming product researching and propose products development – Dealing with local suppliers & vendors
– Assist on market research and price comparison of products
-Assist Product Manager on other task assigned

Job Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing
– Some IT knowledge would be great, but not required
– Understanding on basic knowledge about PC and Gaming Products and willing to explore more on PC &
Gaming products. (It will be advantage)
– Good communication skills, flexible and fast learner
– Willing to learn and explore new technology that related with task – Proficiency in Social Networking and Microsoft Office
– Team work, positive attitude and hard working

4. Enterprise Sales Executive

Job Description:

– Create quotation to send to customer and follow up with customers for final deal
– Build closely relationship with corporate customers and continuously get their feedback to improve our sales product and services.
– Identify, generate, propose and close sales opportunities
– Make daily sales reports and total sales reports
– Recommend new technologies of products and solutions to customers
– Get information (Competitor price or competitor activities) to Business Manager
– Can propose to manager to help making the best decision on competitive prices or discount and competitive activities

Job Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing
– Experience in sales at least 2 years
– Collaborative, friendly, well-organized, and self-motivated.
– Team work, positive attitude and hardworking, flexible and fast learner
– Strong and effective (verbal and written) communication and management skills.

5. Retail Associate

Job Description:

– Welcome walk in customers into store and recommend the right product to customers – Involve in stock count and control it
– Responsible for processing cash and card payments
– Merchandising and store decoration
– Dealing with customer inquiries, complaints and grievances
– Make sure store is tidy, clean and well prepared before open
– Report discrepancies in stock levels and customer’s feedback to supervisor – Maintain up to date promotion and putting up displays

Job Requirements:

– Highschool graduated or associate degree in business administrative
– Must be highly passionate about communicating and interacting with people.
– Be able to communicate well in Khmer and some English (Candidate can speak Chinese is priority) – Possess some basic sales skills and interest in ICT gadgets
